I was born in Lagos, Nigeria, and brought to the States as a baby when I was 2-3 years old! I grew up in Riverside, California, most of my life and had a pretty typical childhood for the most part. My first job was at Amazon when I turned 18, and I worked there for 6 months, hustling boxes and pallets for long hours each day! Now, I’m working at my current job as the business owner, and I love the culture and how expressive everyone is with their different points of view and values. Everyone has a spark of flavor about them, whether it’s music, dance, art, etc. The sky’s the limit! We work hard but play hard just as much, and when the results come our way, we get excited to push towards the next goal in our lives! As a dancer, gamer, and car enthusiast, I love to go where the music is and where technology runs wild. I’m a big nerd and enjoy stepping out of my comfort zone when it comes to learning about new cars in the industry and imagining myself driving them in the future. My goals in life are to successfully run this company as the first and youngest child in my family to run their own business and to make them proud by reaching 1 million dollars as a young entrepreneur! I also want to purchase my dream car, a Porsche 911 GT3 RS wrapped in purple carbon fiber! I plan to help as many people as possible who want the opportunity to be successful and to view themselves taking on new goals and opportunities in their lives as well!
Hi! My name is Nick, and I was born on Long Island, New York. I was raised there in a family of five, with a father who was a carpenter and a mother who was mostly a stay-at-home mom. When I was 19, I moved across the country on my own to California, chasing a dream of finding opportunity and building a life I’d be proud to call my own. With only my sister to help me initially, it was a challenging and sometimes scary move that tested who I was and what I wanted. Before joining Royal Roots, I did a lot of work to find my path — including jobs at 7-Eleven, small business warehouse work, and online advertising. None of those ever felt fulfilling, so I decided to try face-to-face sales and marketing to see if it was a fit for me. I fell in love with this line of work — so much so that I decided to move to Las Vegas for an even better opportunity to grow. I’ve learned how to build deep, meaningful relationships with both coworkers and customers alike, and that’s my favorite part of what I do. Outside of work, I’m a bit of a nerd who loves video games, playing instruments, sports, and surfing whenever I get the chance to visit California! In the future, I hope to build my own businesses, retire my mom and dad, and buy a large beachfront property where I can raise a family and go surfing every day!
Hey, I’m Janel! I’ve lived all around SoCal my whole life and recently relocated here to Vegas with Royal Roots. Before joining this business, I worked at a small grocery store and even at a pumpkin patch! What I love about this business, which I didn’t experience in my previous positions, is the opportunity for growth, learning, and building supportive relationships with others who are driving toward similar goals as mine. Outside of work, I love photography, hiking, discovering new music, and working on my art. Some of my goals here at Royal Roots and beyond include becoming a business owner within this company and selling my own art. Being able to give back to my family, community, and causes I believe in is also extremely important to me, and I’m excited and grateful for the opportunity to work toward those goals every day!
Hey, my name is Christian. I grew up in South Central LA. My career started in warehouse quality control, which wasn’t cutting it for the dreams and goals I wanted to achieve. What’s inspiring to me about working at Royal Roots is the atmosphere and the amazing people who share the same ambition and positivity, pushing each other to achieve their dreams. In my free time, you’ll find me playing basketball or volleyball, capturing life’s moments through photography, and cherishing time with friends and loved ones. My biggest dreams are to retire my mom who, despite all odds, single-handedly raised four boys in less-than-ideal situations. Her strength and love made our house a home, even in tough times. As the youngest, our move to Las Vegas was bittersweet, but it brought excitement and the promise of new beginnings. I want to help others realize their dreams, build a successful business, travel the world, and have a home in each of my favorite places. My journey from LA to Vegas is just the start of an adventure filled with ambition, personal growth, and a desire to make a positive impact.
